Beditation with Phil Bowman
Location: 3-321
Advisories: Phil Bowman & Ronny Welch, Chris Clover
A laid back session to ease you into a state of calm and relaxation.  If you have trouble falling asleep at night, this might offer up an enjoyable solution.

Yoga with Lee O'Rourke
Location: Old HS Dance Room
Advisories: Lee O'Rourke, Foran & Chris Bell
Come on out and experience some mindful movement during this active yoga flow session.  We'll attempt to coordinate the breath as we move sequentially through some dynamic flexibility, strength and balance poses.  No experience is necessary except for a willingness to try.  To ensure comfort, long tights and/or compression shorts are recommended.

Lego Pictionary with Becky Hansberry
Location: Learning Hub
Advisories: Jamjit Hotrabhavananda, Sucheera Ruangtrakool & Kahoru Nakamachi
Imagine that you are playing Pictionary but instead of drawing you are building with Legos!  If your Lego creation looks close enough to the real thing that everyone in the group can guess its identity then you win.

Colouring In with Fraser Carver
Location: 3-310
Advisories: Fraser Carver & Karen Reau
As silly as it sounds, I think we all know how relaxing colouring in can be. I'll provide the drawings, and some colouring pencils (please bring your own also). Conversation is optional, relaxation is compulsory!

Sleep Session with Sarah Steward
Location: 3-115
Advisories: Sarah Steward & Sam Laornual
Find it hard to get to sleep? Do you wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep? Come along to try some practical tips on how to get a good night’s sleep.

Games with David Giles
Location: 3-214

Want to work on your creativity and fine motor skills?  Come and make some fuse bead designs - from simple shapes to complex characters such as Star Wars or Disney - follow a pattern or make up your own. Let the inner child out in you and take home a souvenir that you made.  No experience necessary.

Dodgeball with Kevin Callahan
